It is always so difficult to find time to write, and write something actually interesting.
The over night I went to a local bar, and for the first time felt very special. I was the only Western person in the club. The music and the atmosphere were amazing, and people were super friendly. I ended up singing some karaoke - Lady Gaga with my friend and chilling in a room with a bunch of locals. I always thought that the locals cant drink but it was all an illusion, at the bar they all had bottle service and were drinking quiet a lot. During the night lots of girls and guys asked to take a picture with me, I wonder where this pictures are.
The other night it was Chinese independence and me and Katie decided to go watch the fireworks.
Even though HK is a huge city, everything was very civilized the crowd was under control, and I felt very safe. We ended up at the bar on the 29floor with the most amazing view of the city, the fireworks were beautiful. The place itself was very classy with very nice people, good food and drinks.
I like how in HK you can get anything you want; you can eat for 2$ or 200$ and still have a great time. This is so much energy in this city that it makes me alive, so much to do that you do not feel like sleeping and waisting your precious time.
The next adventure is the yacht trip around HK island that we are organizing. Looking forward to that on Saturday. Tomorrow girls night out at a private members club, will keep you posted how it went.
CUHK is a very cool school, but definitely cant slack here, study study study so for the next few days have to study a lot, and then next weekend leaving on a jet plane to Singapore:)
So thats it for now
xoxo
